 What are your contact info and business hours?

Our operational offices, showroom and warehouse are located in Travagliato (BS), nr.14 a/b, via del Rame .

We are open Monday to Friday, 8.30-12.30 AM and 2.00-7.00 PM.

Our legal head office is in Brescia, 11/g via Valcamonica.

  Are your products made in Italy?

The majority of our products is based on our exclusive projects, manufactured in Italy with the best design and manufacturing features, typical of the "made in Italy".

To complete our range of display systems, we also offer imported items, carefully selected by our sales management to strict high quality standards. We also ensure that all products are tested before delivery.

 How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed in the following ways:

1) e-commerce: through our online shop on our website, www.studiostands.it; 2) direct contact: over the phone or with a visit by appointment; 3) by email: info@studiostands.it

  How can I view your prices?

You can access the quotes directly online, our e-commerce site www.studiostands.it is able to provide quotes in real time.

Our sales office is also at your service for customized quotes and pricelists.

  Do the prices on your pricelist or shop include print?

Listed prices do not include print (nor print supports, such as blank banners or panels). In the online shop you can find, in addition to the quotes for the display structures, also those for the print. The client can choose whether to buy (1) blank structure only, (2) (re-)print only or (3) structure+print.

 Do the listed prices include delivery?

Delivery is not included and is determined by the weight or volume of the items to be shipped.

The client can choose between our contract carrier (with shipment added to invoice) or a carrier of their choice.

 Where do you ship?

All of our items can be shipped anywhere in the world, nationally and internationally.

 How long does delivery take?

Our materials are ready in stock, even for large orders.

We ship via express couriers that deliver in 24/48+ hours depending on destination.

  Is there a minimum order?

There are no minimum orders; you can buy even a single piece.

  Payment methods?

Payment can be made on delivery (we accept cash, cashier’s and non-negotiable checks), by bank transfer (the full receipt of the transfer needs to be faxed to +39 0306624757; items will be shipped after we receive this) or by credit card (PayPal).

Other methods of payment can be requested and allowed with the final decision of our management, based on the amount of orders made by the client over time.

 What happens if the goods are damaged on arrival? 

In case of damage due to transportation, the client needs to inform the carrier upon delivery. In case damage is suspected and immediate check is not possible, please write “goods unchecked” on the waybill.

Returned items must be previously authorized and shipped with freight prepaid; we will then carry out our appraisal.

Claims must be made in written form, within 8 days of receipt of the goods (disputes, if any, are under the jurisdiction of the court of Brescia).

  What happens if the received goods differ from those ordered?

The current Italian law on distance selling protects the client. Our client service will be happy to provide all necessary assistance.

Returned items must be previously authorized and shipped with freight prepaid; we will then carry out our appraisal.

Claims must be made in written form, within 8 days of receipt of the goods (any disputes are under the jurisdiction of the court of Brescia).

 Can I buy display structures only (without banner/print)?

Yes, purchase of structures without banners/prints is possible. Every product comes with all necessary directions(instructions and size) for the client to realize their banner/print.

 Do you also offer a printing service?

Yes, we can take care of the print/banner upon request.

We exclusively use top-notch materials and machinery, to offer highest quality prints.

 Do you also prepare the graphics for my products?

We prefer ready-made files, but if the client needs assistance we can help with graphics.

 What format do graphic files need to have?

We need “closed” image formats (pdf, jpg…) in real format of at least 100 dpi.

  How can I send you my files?

Files can be sent to our graphics department in the following ways:

1) directly via our website during the placement of your order;   2) through the free service wetransfer.com; 3) loading them on an ftp server of yours (or on our ftp, following the directions we’ll send you); 4)by email: info@studiostands.it ; 5) mailing a CD and print tests (if any) to: Studio Stands v. del Rame 14a/b 25039 Travagliato (Bs) -  attn.  Do you offer any special conditions for resellers?

The trade of our display solutions takes place mostly through industry insiders and print advertising (advertising agencies, printers, outfitters, event organizers etc) exhibitors who purchase for resale to end users. The prices on the site studiostands.it are already discounted for resellers.

 Do you have local sales agents?

We have sales agents who can visit you or welcome you at our showroom. However, given the vast geographical area over which our clientele is located, we have specialized in distant business relationships, ensuring the highest quality and completeness of service, just like in traditional, face-to face relationships.

 Why am I unable to register to your online shop?

In order to register successfully, it is important to fill out all requested fields of the form.

 What is your privacy policy?

Studio Stands s.r.l. guarantees that the processing of all personal data is carried out in accordance with the current data protection law. Information regarding clients is solely used for business contacts and procedures. Please see the privacy policy link on the home page of this website for further information regarding privacy.

 Can I pay purchase by credit card off-line also?

Yes, it is sufficient to indicate an email address together with the order of reference, our administration will send you a link via paypal, to proceed to payment by credit card (or paypal account).

 

FAQ ON PRODUCTS

Products features may vary?

In order to optimize technical and qualitative features, Studio Stands reserves the right to modify characteristics, sizes and materials of the products without notice; making also changes to the prices if necessary.

 Can I see your products in person?

You are welcome to visit our showroom located in v. del Rame 14a/b 25039 Travagliato (Bs) by appointment with one of our sales agents. Furthermore, our company regularly takes part in exhibitions and trade fairs where it is possible to view our display solutions.

Do you make custom display items?

Our technical department is capable of offering all necessary support in designing and realizing custom-made display materials.

 Do items come assembled?

Our display structures, for transportation reasons, are shipped unassembled. Assembly is extremely easy and quick, guided by our instructions leaflet. Should you have any doubts or further needs, you are welcome to contact our operators for further information.

 Are instruction leaflets provided?

Our products come with instruction leaflets that describe the assembly procedure and provide useful information for realization of the prints/banners.

 Can I use banners/prints I already have on your display units?

In general this is possible. Please contact our sales department to identify the most suitable display solution (depending on shape, size, material and other features of your print/banner).

Do you also provide installation for outdoor totems?

Since our clients are located over a very wide area, we need to delegate installation of totems to the client or to a local professional of their choice. This is the reason why our totems come in a very user-friendly assembly kit, easy to assemble for anyone. Totems also come with a special leaflet describing the steps for safe and proper installation: from the preparation of the concrete base to the raising of the unit. No special equipment is necessary for installation. Should you have any doubts or further needs, you are welcome to contact our operators for further information.

For outdoor totems, do you also take care of the necessary bureaucracy?

Bureaucratic procedures/authorizations, where necessary, are up to the client. The procedure, in Italy, is the same as the one for business signs. Our operators will be happy to provide any documents requested by the authorizing agency.

Can your totems be luminous?

The illumination kit is available for totems h150, h200 and h250 (totem Lux): for these items we offer an illumination kit that is also certified for outdoor use and compliant with national and Community applicable laws.

For our other totems (larger sizes and three-sided versions) we do not offer illumination kits due to transportation issues. However, the client can set up illumination, inside or outside the totem, independently once installed.

Are panels included when purchasing totems?

No, they aren’t. However, we can add and provide them upon request.

Panels are not included with totems, mainly for two reasons:

1) The client can choose the most suitable material for the final use of the advertising unit (forex, aluminum, mixed materials, opal..)

2) Panels are bulky: by purchasing locally, a client can save on delivery costs, additionally avoiding any risks of breakage.

Does the case provided with the item “Wall” also work as desk?

The case of our pop-up display Wall, being hard, is sometimes used by clients as desk. This trolley was actually designed to be just a case for banner and structure. For the desk, Studio Stands offers special solutions such as our Desk, Desk big, Dna,…

Is the size of the item Wall expressed in meters?

The Wall backdrop stand is a modular item; therefore its size is expressed in modules. One module is about 70x70 cm (there are 3 modules in height, while in width the number of modules is variable and depends on the client’s desired size of the product). Our sales office will be happy to assist you in determining the most suitable size of the product for your specific needs.

What print supports do you recommend for the Wall pop-up display?

In general, each display structure can be adapted to several print supports. Our staff will be happy to recommend the most suitable material for each product. For the item “Wall”, we recommend choosing a material that can be rolled up, while at the same time having a thicker consistency, such as “light barrier” or “stop light.”

The main benefits of light barrier/stop light are:

1) Visual: a perfectly smooth print thanks to the texture of the material.

2) Durability: it contains a thin aluminum foil, resulting indestructible while at the same time rollable, without retaining creases.

What do you mean by warranty of the Flash mechanism?

There are many types of roll-up displays for sale, only apparently similar. The key feature of such products is the quality of the roll-up mechanism. Studio Stands can guarantee maximum reliability for its Flash rollup. Being sure of the quality of our roll up mechanism, our company offers replacement/repair of the product under warranty, in case of issues (excluding damage due to improper use).

How can I assemble the banner on Flash? Can I do it myself?

If the client orders this display stand with printed banner, the product will come with banner assembled, checked and ready to use. If ordering structure only, the client will need to add a banner later. Assembly is simple and does not require any special equipment (just follow the directions given in the leaflet that comes with the product).

What happens if I remove the plug from the base of the Flash display before inserting the banner?

The plug at the base of the Flash stand, when inserted, blocks the roll-up mechanism. If removed when no banner is in place, the mechanism will run idle, releasing the spring, and risking damage. Should this happen, please contact our customer service for directions in restoring the mechanism.

How much weight can your Desk/Desk Big counters hold?

These counters are made in a lightweight and sturdy material. They have no capacity issues (one can sit on them!): they are ideal for hostesses and promoters who need to fill out forms/contracts; they can hold up computers, catalogs, products for display etc.

Do Desk / Desk Big come with a shelf?

Desk/ Desk big do not feature shelves. Inside the counters, there is empty space that can be used to store materials (lying on the floor). For orders of at least 10-15 units, we can manufacture desks with a middle shelf.

What is the color of blank counters?

Blank counters are white. Please note that without the printed coating film, cells of material at the level of the counter top will remain in sight.

Maximum size of the panels to pair with the Basic pedestal?

Basic is an indoor pedestal for display of prints on hard panels (10 mm thick). We recommend using lightweight panels (feather/sandwich) with suitable, non-excessive size (typical sizes are cm 100x140h, cm 50x150h, …).

For larger or heavier panels we recommend our Jolly pedestal.

Maximum size of the panels to pair with the Jolly pedestal? 

Jolly is an indoor/outdoor pedestal that can carry prints on hard panels. The maximum size of the panel obviously depends on its material (wood, plex, forex, sandwich …); however, thanks to its elastic structure and its anti-tip shape, it can accommodate panels with a thickness of up to 20mm and in larger sizes (e.g. 200x100cm). Furthermore, 2 or more pedestals can be used to support even larger panels. We just recommend avoiding overly thin/flexible materials that would end up bending (not staying perpendicular to the floor).

Which display item would best suit my needs?

There is no single display system that suits everything and everyone …

Which is the most versatile display item?

All of our products feature remarkable versatility: from flexibility in the choice of sizes or print materials, to the choice of accessories and customizations.

Specifically, the DNA display system is the most versatile solution: it is based on the possibility of creating a number of ideal solutions, adaptable to any need, by adding to its base – a base of stunning structural simplicity - a number of different accessories, thus resulting in endless display solutions, marked by maximum customization. DNA can indeed turn into anything from a brochure / merchandise display stand, to a literature holder, a divider, a wall for a booth, or any solution that the creative minds of architects, designers and shop fitters can come up with.

I have installed my banner on Xstand, but it doesn’t stay well tensioned: what should I do?

Tensioning of banner depends solely on the sheet size and on the structure’s tensioning elements. Regarding size, please make sure that your sheet does not exceed the maximum size mentioned in the instructions leaflet. Regarding the tensioning parts, please insert the aluminum tube piece in the wooden pedestal with the right angle (tilted backwards).

By following these directions, you will have an optimal tensioning of the banner.

I have installed my banner on the Skatto display stand, but it doesn’t stay well tensioned: what should I do?

Tensioning of banner depends solely on the sheet size and on the structure’s tensioning elements. Regarding size, please make sure that your sheet does not exceed the maximum size mentioned in the instructions leaflet. Regarding the tensioning element, please insert the lower tube piece perpendicularly in the through-hole of the pedestal (so that the tube piece touches the floor).

By following these directions, you will have an optimal tensioning of the banner.

I have installed my banner on the Skatto Duo display stand, but it doesn’t stay well tensioned: what should I do?

Tensioning of banner depends solely on the sheet size and on the structure’s tensioning elements. Regarding size, please make sure that your sheet does not exceed the maximum size mentioned in the instructions leaflet. The tensioning system consists of turning the vertical tube pieces clockwise (with stand already assembled) so as to stretch out the tube pieces (as shown in the instructions leaflet). By following these directions, you will get an optimal tensioning of the banner.

What is the difference between flagpoles and the other flag stands on your catalog?

Flagpoles are designed to be anchored to the ground in a special reinforced concrete base. This allows a permanent outdoor location, even in extreme weather conditions. Our other flag stands (Eolo, Eolo Big, Vela, Maxivela, Goccia1, Goccia2, …), although sturdy, ballasted and suitable for outdoor use, are mainly designed for temporary events and exhibitions; they should be uninstalled in case of harsh weather.

What do you mean by “showthrough” print?

Flags are printed on ‘nautical’ polyester fabric (a standard material for flags), with a heat dye sublimation process. This is the best manufacturing process for printing on fabric; it furthermore causes a “showthrough” of at least 90% of the image on the back side of the sheet: both sides of the fabric are thus decorated (there will obviously be a mirror image on the backside).

Can I order fabric with two-sided print?

For who needs two-sided print our sale office can quote a 250gr/mq polyester tex fully customizable with direct UV print. This support is supplied with inner blockout that prevent the intereference between the two side.
Available for: Eolo, Goccia2, Goccia1, Vela, Vela big, Pitagora and Eolo big.

Is your Goccia 1 stand also for outdoor use?

This flag stand’s structure (mainly in aluminum) and its fillable ballast make this product suitable also for outdoor use. Please make sure that there are no conditions of strong wind, as the product, being very imbalanced heightwise, could be unstable.

Is the spotlight I see in some Spider-X photos included?

No, the spotlight is not included, but it is an optional accessory for this wall display. Retrieval of the spotlight is up to the client.

Can I buy the Blue Spot system without LCD screen?

Yes; the client can just buy the structure (open version) and pair it with a TV/screen of their own.

Can I buy the Blue Spot system without the advertising structure?

Yes, the client can buy just the Blue Spot structure (with or without screen) without any advertising structures supporting it.

Is the screen in the Blue Spot system operated through a computer or dvd?

No, the screen is operated through our Blue Spot device, set in a tiny case.

How can I update contents in Blue Spot?

It’s easy to update advertising contents through a very simple USB card/drive or even remotely over Wi-Fi. The product comes with a booklet for easy management of the device and its displayed messages.

What is the resolution of the screens you offer for Blue Spot?

The software of BlueSpot always displays HD images/videos (therefore, the screens’ total resolution is always 1360x768, one of the best High Definition resolutions).
